After working in real estate for over a decade, Rutger knew the industry needed drastic innovation. He left his job as a valuer and turned to enterpreneurship with the mission of KATE to change the way real estate works!

Between 2016 and today, Roderik has managed to build the KATE platform from the ground up and transform it into the successful software it is today. This man knows every inch of KATE. And don't underestimate his devastating tennis serve!

Niels Wever

Product Owner

Niels is our product owner. His mission is to connect business and development. If you need help, you can always contact him. In the weekends, Niels likes to play drums in his band: Chad Smith is nothing compared to him!

Roald Neuteboom

Big Data Hero

Roald is our big data hero. He strives to get the most out of KATE's data. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and dancing. He also enjoys his computer hardware and games.

Diana is originally from Porto, Portugal. Diana is passionate about solving problems with resourceful solutions. Need a book recommendation? Diana enjoys reading, hanging out with her friends on the weekends or trying new beers.

Lefteris Karagiorgis

Backend PHP developer

Lefteris is from Cyprus. What he enjoys most about being a developer is the opportunity to solve complex and challenging problems and collaborate with great minds from all over the world. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, playing with cats, and listening to music.

Nick creates the best solutions for software applications. Loves organizing the Womibo (in addition to the Vrijmibo). He is also the best handyman and loves plastering walls red or renovating his bathroom.

With 2 years of experience in BOG valuations, Tommie has applied his valuation knowledge for various clients, ranging from international investors to private investors. He enjoys going to cabaret and values authenticity, honesty and drive in both his professional and personal life.

Dennis worked as a professional barista for many years, but has now found a new challenge at KATE. Here he enthusiastically dives into software development and learns everything about real estate valuations from the ground up. Outside of work, Dennis expresses his creativity with photography, enjoys spending time with friends and enjoys being on the road with his car.

Mario is a passionate developer who loves to code. Always striving to build a great frontend for the KATE application. He is the go-to person when it comes to meeting the customer’s needs for a new implementation or keeping the code up to date. When he is not behind the screen, he can be found exploring nature by cycling or hiking.

Erik is always looking for opportunities. He is extremely motivated to drive innovation in the real estate sector and excited about the changing environment as the real estate market finally enters the digital age. Only one thing can calm him down: golf!

Job is one of the developers within KATE and works on various projects with great dedication and expertise. In his spare time, Job likes to go out and ride his motorbike throughout the Netherlands to discover new places.
